A long time ago, in what seems like a parallel universe...

I had a different job. 

Yes, believe it or not I was an engineer designing award winning medical devices and patents. 

Ya know, the usual.

But when I was searching for deeper meaning from my career, I struggled for a long time to find the right next step.

I didn't want to keep climbing a ladder that led to nowhere.

I had this burning desire - I had a passion for people - and that's what I excelled at. 

And that is what led me to my purpose!

By building training programs for my team, I opened up a path to a NEW career.

And it turned out to be one that I love.
